Bronco Battalion USA Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:
We accept returns for full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us at Broncobattalionusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer..

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get a different item is to return the original one for a refund and then place a new order.
